- Access my FlexPerks Visa Account Online log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu, then select Manage Your Account Credit Card Account

- Add a Joint Owner log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu, then select Manage Your Account Credit Card Account
- Add an Authorized Signer log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu, then select Manage Your Account Credit Card Account
- Add Overdraft Protection log in to Internet Banking, and choose "Customer Service" on the left menu, then select Manage Your Account Credit Card Account

- In-person – visit your local U.S. Bank branch. Find a U.S. Bank location.
- U.S. Mail – send payment with the payment coupon from your monthly statement. Or contact us by phone –refer to the contact us information to the right.
